The Navy CE rate stands for Construction Electrician and refers to a specific job within the United States Navy. Construction Electricians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment used in Navy construction projects. This can include everything from lighting, communication systems, and power distribution systems to wiring and control systems for HVAC and refrigeration equipment. In addition to their technical skills, Navy CE’s are also trained in safety procedures and basic construction techniques.
